Paris, 27 floréal year 4. 1 p. In-4. Valmont de Bomare thanks the "Citizen President" for his nomination "to the position of professor of Natural History at the Central Schools of Paris". He adds "I will not fail to attend the installation of the aforementioned schools the first prairial next, in the four nations". -Letter addressed to him, unsigned, about a scientific reading advised by "Mgr le Chancelier", of a manuscript entitled "Laboratoire chymique de Jean Kunckely de Lowenstern dit Hermes troisième, work translated from German by M. Liège". Permission to print "This work will be particularly pleasing to those who love [...] the metaphysical language of Chymie, that is to say, alchemy [...]".
