The Monarchy of divine right to the rescue of France, facing Europe. Important letter dedicated to the geopolitical situation in Europe: dangers, fears, etc., with in filigree the solution: the return of the Bourbon monarchy. "[...] Questions that seemed to be dormant are awakening. Everywhere one arms, everywhere one prepares formidable means of destruction, and of war, the events of which Germany and Italy were recently the theater confused all calculations [...]. However, by the grace of God, in considering the state of things calmly and in cold blood, I see nothing irreparable for us [...] a wise and firm conduct, without rashness as well as without weakness, can raise it.
