CAMUS, Albert (1913-1960). Set of 4 autograph documents: -P.A.S. of his initials. S.l.n.d. 1 p. in-16 oblong. Scratchings. Draft with erasures of a letter probably addressed to his publisher. Camus asks for the preparation of a contract in view of the forthcoming publication of a work in two volumes: "I would like, therefore, if I have your agreement, that you have a general contract drawn up where all the clauses will be indicated. As soon as this contract is signed and the commitments observed, you can publish the two volumes. Do not delay in answering me [crossed out] [...]". -C.A. S.l.n.d. Header printed with his name and bearing the only autograph mention "Courage!", addressed to Rolland de Renéville, following the death of his wife, according to a note in another hand. -L.A.S. addressed to Armand Lanoux, winner of the Goncourt Prize in 1963. S.l. [Paris], October 25, 1957. 1/4 p. in-8. Paper on the letterhead of the N.R.F. -an autograph envelope from Camus on the letterhead of Gallimard, addressed to Emma Bikich, in Menton. Crumpling.
