Reminder of special conditions
- Automobilia
The buyer will pay Gros & Delettrez, in addition to the hammer price, a purchase commission of 24.17% (29% inc. VAT) on sales up to €100,000 and 15% (18% inc. VAT) on sales over €100,000.
Notes for buyers
Items will be stored immediately after the sale at 2 rue de Bérite, 75006 Paris or at Drouot Bagnolet 36-56, rue Louis-David 93170 Bagnolet. All lots are sold "as is". The three-day exhibition of auto- mobilia objects allows each buyer to observe each lot in order to bid with full knowledge of the facts. Please do not hesitate to contact our specialists for further information.
- Motorcycles
The buyer will pay to the order of Gros & Delettrez, in addition to the hammer price, a purchase commission of 16.67% excl. tax (i.e. 20% inc. VAT) on lots up to €900,000 and 11% excl. tax (i.e. 13.20% inc. VAT) on lots over €900,001.
Notes for buyers
- Vehicles will be moved immediately after the sale to Drouot Bagnolet 36-56, rue Louis-David 93170 Bagnolet. A fixed fee of €100 (excl. VAT) per vehicle will be charged.
- Vehicles may be collected after full payment of the amount due.
- From June 09 onwards, a storage fee of €10 (excl. VAT) per day will be charged.
