Weapons from the library of Madame de Maintenon, in Saint-Cyr] New Testament of Our Lord Jesus Christ. In Mons at Gaspard Migeot's house, 1688, two parts in a volume in-12 bound in full red morocco, adorned in its center with the cross of Saint-Cyr, symbolizing the library of Madame de Maintenon, in Saint-Cyr. This precious example of Madame de Maintenon has a double frame of fillets and golden lace on the plates framing the floral cross surmounted by the royal crown. The slices are gold plated, a roller is affixed to the cups and an inner golden lace. The copy is paid for. The edition, known as Port-Royal, is illustrated with a frontispiece and 42 plates with two subjects engraved on copper.
